In order to upgrade themes purchased in Envato, a plugin need to be installed and setup.
Install Envato plugin. Go to settings and insert API as per procedure below:
Sign in to Sign In | Envato Account
Create a personal token called the name of your site and give listed accesses below
Name of token - Domain name
This token has access to:

View and search Envato sites
-
Download your purchased items
-
List purchases you've made
Create API token, save code and insert into envato plugin on the site.
